PC version

Trying to play as one of my preferred video game characters with Billy Hatcher. Also, I found that Sonic and Shadow were to overpowered in their continuous boosting technique, so Billy serves as somewhat of a good handicap.

He's not the fastest character around, and it gives the AI characters plenty of chance to actually catch up, yet not bad enough to give the player plenty of problems during the match =)
