Sonic Classic Heroes (Jan 2022 Ver.): Part 4: Labyrinth Zone (Team Super/Hyper Sonic)
74Labyrinth has a pretty nice Quality-Of-Life change in this hack. If a teammate you're not currently controlling sucks up an air bubble, that bubble will keep reinflating until you use your own character on it.
But... then again, drowning is more or less an afterthought after Act 1, because I finally get the last of the 7 Chaos Emeralds at this point. Remember that Sonic 1 only had 6, so this hack has a 7th completely original Special Stage!
Having all 7 Chaos Emeralds and 7 Sol Emeralds in this game will unlock everyone's Hyper forms, which means they can all breathe underwater!
Besides that Hyper Sonic and Hyper Knuckles work just as they do in Sonic 3 & Knuckles, bringing back their full screen killing attacks. Hyper Tails, on the other hand, is the original Super Tails from S3&K who brings back his Super Flickies, or Hyper Flickies, in this case.
Also, the Hyper forms are ridiculously bugged in this game for getting points. For each badnik I destroy with Hyper Sonic & Hyper Knuckles’ full screen attacks, I could possibly get over 100,000 points. That’s at least 2 extra lives.
Somehow, I ended up instantly getting 53 lives at 5:53!

Remember that this isn't even half of the entire hack, so I get to shred through the rest of it with these Hyper forms now, including all of the Sonic 2 Zones!
