TWEWY Final Remix: Joshua Day 4 Part 3: Reaper Beat 2 & Neku's Killer
6Neku & Joshua was getting close to Udagawa, but they first had to get through the Shibu-Q Heads area.
But first, even before that, Beat showed up to pick another fight with them.
But once again, this is another automatic fight. If you are much stronger, you COULD beat Reaper Beat, but once again, you just need to last about 35 seconds against him to advance the story.

Beat gets bored with the fight and leaves again... He leaves along with that strange, squirrel-like Noise that now rested on his shoulder...
Neku & Joshua then noticed something Beat left behind as he left. It was Rhyme's pendant... Knowing how important Rhyme was important to Beat, Neku was determined to return the pendant to him.

My favorite item from the Nishimura Drugs store are those BRAVE+ pills. They're expensive, but they don't take long to digest, and give your Players a rather hefty Bravery boost. Give a lot of these two the boys and they'll be able to crossdress in no time.

Neku & Joshua eventually reach Udagawa. Neku remembered this as his favorite area to go to every day by himself after school.
This then turned into another conversation about how they viewed other people. How everyone was focused only on their own worlds and never understanding each other; how Neku preferred to stick to himself.
But then he saw the CAT mural in Udagawa, and it changed his mindset of just living life in his own way... or at least until he died and realized through his Reapers' Game experience that he needed to opening up his senses, expand his horizons, and learn to understand other people's feelings...

Further through Udagawa, Neku & Joshua spotted Minamimoto. He was busy with his numbers again, but it seemed like he was calling them out like some sort of encantation...
Especially where he was creating some kind of mural along with that encantation, a mural that Joshua's phone was responding to the most... They couldn't erase the mark right now, though. But then they saw a different mural ahead.
Uzuki & Kariya was close behind them, wondering why Minamimoto hadn't erased them, yet. Kariya then saw the Math Man's markings, and identified it as a Taboo Noise sigil. It would seem like Minamimoto was responsible for those aggressive Noise, but Kariya there was likely still another source. Nonetheless, Kariya wanted Uzuki to report about this.

Neku & Joshua finally reach the biggest mural in Udagawa, and I can see why Neku likes it so much. It's a CAT mural.
But now, it was time for Neku to try to scan Joshua one more time, because this was the same spot where he lied dead, and he was getting even more suspicious that Joshua watched him die...
But it was actually worse... when Neku scanned Joshua, he saw himself happily looking at the CAT mural, until Joshua suddenly rushed in and fired a gun at him, causing him to collapse...
No doubt about it now...
The cause of Neku's death... was his own partner, Joshua!
