10My best record is 0'17"08, but it's kinda hard to match that when you're holding an iPhone while playing a 3DS. Anyways, if you stomp right next to his hand when he first attacks, then boost to get the Yellow Drill and then hit his arm again, he'll skip using his other hand and immediately use his spin attack. This is the biggest secret to speed running this boss, otherwise you'll end up with a time of around 25 seconds.
