Sonic Generations with mods part 15
37Welcome back to Sonic Generations.
In this part we take on the Boss fight: Egg Dragoon, this machine first appeared in Sonic Unleashed where Eggman finally managed to make his master plan come true and build EggmanLand.
This was made to be an ultimate death trap and test of Sonic's abilities. and as his ultimate robot to finally kill the blue pest Sonic he build the Ultra-Hyper Prototype-1, the Egg Dragoon. But like all of the good doctor's plans this plan failed as well when against the Werehog.
In this game the Egg Dragoon is an heavily modified version of the robot, likely the Ultra-Hyper Prototype-2 as Eggman said he would build an improved version after Sonic bested the first version.
We also take on Silver the Hedgehog, who first appeared in Sonic 06 as the third main playable character along-side Sonic and Shadow. Silver was the slowest of the main 3 but could use his Psychic abilities to pick up objects, stun his enemies, pick up stunned enemies, create shock waves and (only in cutscenes) fly at high speed.
In 06 Silver came from a future destroyed by the "Flames of Disaster" and is working to destroy their physical form IBLIS.
He was aided in this task by his good friend Blaze the Cat, and a black hedgehog Mephilis the Dark(yes he sounds trust worthy) Mephilis told Silver and Blaze about the "IBLIS-trigger" the being responsible for their dystopian future. This being turned out to be Sonic the Hedgehog. Mephilis then send Silver into the past to stop Sonic from releasing IBLIS.
In 06 Silver was one of the most difficult bosses in the game because you could only attack him if he had picked up something to throw at Sonic/Shadow and if he didn't have anything to throw and you try to attack him he could pick up Sonic or Shadow and throw them into the wall.
In this game however he can only be attacked if he picked up enough cars to form a homing chain towards him.
I also showcase the only DLC for Sonic Generations, a pinball machine based on the Sonic 2 level Casino Night Zone. Both Sonic's have a special ability while in the pinball machine Modern Sonic can boost to go faster in the board, Classic Sonic can spin dash up to 3 times to change direction and blast of in that direction.
