I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE THIS ACT SOOOOOOOOO MUCH! *Pant* *Pant* Okay, now that that's out of the way, let's talk about why:
1, The Tornado's controls suck. Who even came up with them anyway?
2, Enemies and shots CONSTANTLY fly at you from off screen, and can hit you if you're off screen as well. That's just a big no no in terms of game design.
3, The train section is pretty much pointless aside from the Bonus Round and the Electric Shield.
And 4, The boss is just bad. You can hit it whenever it passes over you from the background/foreground, but it's incredibly awkward and you'll most likely get hit while doing it. Alternatively, you can wait for it to attack from the sides, and then attack it. However, it's completely random when it decides to do this, so more often than not you'll end up spending WAY more time fighting the boss then is necessary.

Okay, we good? Great, now let's move on to Act 2.
