Sonic Rush: Dual Screens, Double Funk | 30th Anniversary Mini Review
Review 20/30: Sonic Rush (Nintendo DS, 2005)
Dual screens, dual characters, dual funk.
Sonic Rush is the first Sonic adventure on Nintendo DS. It's a rather fast paced, fun time with an amazing soundtrack that really makes it stick out from the other games in the series.
It introduces Blaze the Cat into the fray and the simple gameplay style (only two characters playable) may seem like a step backwards, but it streamlines the game and keeps the pace quick!
I'll be doing short videos on 30 Sonic titles for the 30th anniversary of the series. Going for at least a video a week, so be sure to tune in!

Rising Sun Retro is a channel about retro games (of course) and even modern games too. From short video reviews, to retrospectives on older titles. Being based in Japan gives the channel a Japanese focus (hence the name) from a westerners perspective (also the name sounded catchy so I'm rolling with it).
