Go through all of Sonic 2 without collecting a single ring and in less than 40 minutes total! I can pick any character I want. An Act completed without save states will get me one point, an Act completed with save states will get me half a point and an impossible Act (or an Act that is possible but I give up on) will not give me a point and a minute taken off the total remaining time. There are 20 Acts in total in Sonic 2 but Death Egg Zone won't count since there aren't any rings in that Act/Zone so to win, I'll have to get 10 points in total.

This act is possible with Sonic or Tails as well but it's even more frustrating with them so I picked Knuckles instead.
