Sonic The Hedgehog 2 VS - 2 Player 20 Minute Speed Run | Sega Genesis Sonic 2 Race Challenge!
25It's a GameFaceOFF! Mack VS Max in Sonic The Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis in a 20 minute speed run challenge! It's a 20 minute time attack race to see who can get the furthest! The loser will be punished!
It's worth noting that we're not speedrunners, so this won't be an impressive speedrun if you're looking for tips and tricks. We're casual fans racing for fun! We like doing little challenges like this regardless of skill level.
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is a favorite of ours and we were excited at the idea of doing a 2 player versus in Sonic 2 to see who could get the furthest! It's technically a split screen 2 player Sonic challenge but not in the traditional sense.
Because we're starting at the start with a 20 minute timer, we may not be able to playthrough the whole game. We'll likely see acts from Emerald Hill Zone, Chemical Plant Zone, Aquatic Ruin Zone, Casino Night Zone, Hill Top Zone, and maybe Mystic Cave Zone and the Oil Ocean Zone? I don't think we'll make it to Metropolis Zone, Sky Chase Zone, Wing Fortress Zone or the Death Egg Zone. Maybe in another GameFaceOFF challenge in the future if you want to see more!
