Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble 16-bit is a fan remake of the original Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble for the Game Gear. It uses the Sonic Mania engine, each level has been upgraded from its original counterpart, new special stages that weren't in the original game that allows you to collect the Chaos Emeralds. New bonus levels were also added to the game as well. Adds new unlockables such as being able to play as Knuckles as that wasn't possible in the original game.
