Sonic Unleashed (Wii): Zany's Playthrough Part 1
8Enjoy! Sonic Unleashed for the Wii (and PS2) is different in a lot of aspects compared the HD version on Xbox 360 & PS3. There aren't as many stages available and the ones that are present are designed differently (such as multiple shorter Werehog levels as supposed to one big level). The hubs worlds are reduced to point-and-click menus. Sun and Moon Medals are distributed based on the ranking on main Night and Day stages respectively and are only required to open optional mini puzzle dungeons to traverse and unlock more missions. Many people regard the SD version to be inferior to the HD version for the barebones experience, but I still had fun with the SD version. That said I would not mind trying out the HD version if I could.
This playthrough will only be be going through the stages back-to-back and leaving out the story and cutscenes (I got bored with so many cutscenes inbetween stages).
This part covers all the stages and missions Apotos aka Windmill Isle. Although the boss takes place in Mazuri, due to the absence of that region's stages in the SD version I catagorize it as part of Apotos''s stage list.
