Now for the last area in the game. It'll be broken up into two parts. This first one will just focus on the main levels and the second will be on the remaining missions and boss fights. Eggmanland has a whopping five night levels to the one day level in the SD version. Most people will likely remember the HD version simply being one incredibly long level that has Sonic constantly switching between Hedgehog and Werehog inbetween sections. Another thing to bring back up is that all the other areas just had one night level albeit somewhat long in HD compared to the multiple smaller levels in SD. The SD version seemed to really like the werehog and threw off the balance of day and night level the HD had. Also another omission in the SD were the two sections in the game where the player takes control of Tails's airplane and shoot down enemies in QTE like button pressing sequence. Not fondly remembered by some, but worth mentioning.
