This tutorial assumes you know basics about computers, like opening rar files and moving your computer mouse!

I usually don't do this kind of thing, but since people asked about it I guess why not?
To get you started, download these files:

1. SonMapEd: http://info.sonicretro.org/SonMapEd

2. You need a disassembly of Sonic 1 or 2 or 3K. I provide one of Sonic 3K with Super Palettes and missing Sonic mappings:

3. You are gonna find this handy (SonMapEd27) http://www.mediafire.com/download/3x2f2nnlb9jybbk/SonMapEd27.rar

4. Rotsprite (not needed, but handy if you want rotated sprites that look somewhat nice):

That's it. Follow the video and the annotations and you should be able to get your very own sprite hack :).
(Don't ask me about the advanced stuff like coding because I'm kinda lost when it comes to that, at best I know how to (b)include files).

Edit: Apparently the Super Sonic stuff I provided is coded wrong, and I won't change it since that means everyone will be able to have it in their hacks. If you want completely changed Super Sonic sprites, you are on your own.
