The synthetic and ethereal song from Lifeformed. This song really caught me by surprise. I liked Forgotten Tea, but it felt like a refinement of elements I had heard elsewhere. Chloroplast Skin, on the other hand, is unlike anything I've ever heard before, and I realize now that I didn't give Lifeformed nearly enough credit.
Chloroplast Skin causes me to visual some creature that is temporary, fragile, and barely functioning. It seems to be a reflection also shown in the title; animals don't have plant skin, it's just unnatural. The song mesmerizes through its hypnotic use of familiar elements, all while complicating and scrambling its melody. It's just cool.

Guide: So this is fun. A level of entirely randomized bullet patterns. The good news is that most of them can be reliably dodged, regardless of what formation they create. The downside is that there is at least one pattern I consider to be able to create unwinnable situations (1:26). This could also be just me being overwhelmed consistently by something I have to figure out on the fly, so take that statement with a grain of salt.
Sarcasm aside, I actually really like this level. Makes me want to experiment with the burst bullet pattern way more in the editor.
