No, this shouldn't work with CSS... but it does! I use a point_camera for where the camera 'films' from, a func_monitor for the screen (I do this by making a block, selecting it, ctrl+T, then selecting func_monitor)

...then I some how join the two of them together. Thankfully I have already managed it so you don't have to! Download the vmf here: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?zxk2zmmht0q

If you want more than one in the level, you make a second set of objects, rename them 02 or 002 when ever you have the chance and it should work.
