Source SDK Tutorial - Rotating objects
996Point_template is an entity to spawn objects. You simply place the name of the objects you want to spawn in this entity, then force it to spawn. Or at least, that's how I do it and it works.

How to rotate objects so that they start facing another direction. I made this video because it's one of the most common questions I'm asked.
SCRIPT:
To make objects rotate, you click on the selection tool. Click on the object you want to rotate and then in one of the 2D views click on it again so that small, hollow, white circles appear around the outside of the object. Click on one of these and drag it about to rotate the object.
If you find rotating it a bit too fiddly, go up to TOOLS, go down to OPTIONS, click on 2D VIEW and select 'Default to 15 degree rotations'. This will make it so that it rotates by 15 degrees each time. Have fun.
