South Coast Karting Round 1 Heavyweight Final race 2023
1Full Final Round 1 race of the Heavyweight South Coast Karting Championship. Probably quite brutal on myself but it just annoys me when I know what I can do.... then I don't do it. I keep banging on about mental health etc and because of the way my brain works, I just feel everything more than most people, can dwell on things for days and get hyperfocused on negative stuff. A 'normal' person can just do a hobby and just enjoy it, whereas for my brain, it becomes a hyperfocus and I pick every little bit apart. I find it difficult if I don't do well..... This seems fair enough, but if I were to turn up and race in F1, my brain will make me firmly believe that I should win the race and if I don't, i'm a failure....... I know all this but it doesn't make any differece :-) Oh and I also overshare too much..... Not that you can tell
