Continuing our Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Beginner's Guide series, we are taking a look at the Soviet Apocalypse Tank: Apocalypse Tanks are RA3's duo-cannoned mammoth / overlord variation. They are the strongest battle tank with the third heaviest-armor in the entire game. A fully-promoted Apocalypse can effectively damage infantries, while Apocalypse can also run over smaller vehicles. Despite lacking anti-air like in RA2, they have gained Magnetic Harpoon as their special ability. The harpoon behaves like Yuri's Magnetron, and drags targets into Apocalypse Tank's grinder.

For Apocalypse Tank's strategy, you can combo them with Twin Blades. Having Twin Blades sneak those doomsday devices into the enemy base, put an Iron Curtain over 'em, and the Apocalypse cannot be stopped.
