Threshold settings trigger a Timer Block.

The conversion Hinge is connected to the AI Move block.
The AI Move block is connected to the AI Combat (Defense) block.
The AI Combat (Defense) block is connected to the Timer Block.
Timer Block raises shields and fires all weapons.
