Space Mama's Crater - Rayman 1 Walkthrough
3Picture City: Level 3
Stage 1: 2 Cages
Cage #1 (1:18): Go through the level until you reach the moving pencil sharpeners after the the checkpoint. Use the sharpeners to go all of the way up and then use the ink covered erasers to go left until you reach the Purple Lum. Use the Purple Lum to swing back and forth while shooting the Yin-Yangs out of the way enough to hit the cage.
Cage #2 (1:56): After getting the 1st cage, drop straight down and go to the left. Don't follow the arrow of Tings down, instead keep going left. As you reach the edge of the eraser a Purple Lum will appear. Use the Lums to get up to another platform and go left. Jump over the signpost that appears in front of you and get the cage.
Stage 2: 2 Cages
Cage #3 (4:17): After some ink covered erasers is a Speed Fist. Drop down into the hole just after the Speed Fist and go to the right to find a cage.
Cage #4 (4:50): Just after the 3rd cage are two ink covered erasers sloped toward each other and a line of Tings down between them. Slide down the one on the right and jump off of the top of the left one to reach a new platform. Keep going to the left until you reach the cage.
Stage 3: 2 Cages
Cage #5 (7:01): After you ride the pencil sharpener through the area with pins and Yin-Yangs there is a platform with a line of Tings going across it. Jump on the pencil sharpener to the right of here and as soon as you hear noise of something appearing, jump back to the left. Use the Purple Lum and cloud that appear to jump onto the pencil sharpener. Doing so causes more clouds to the right to appear. Use these clouds to reach the platform above with Tings on it. Grab the Tings and the cage will appear. Go back down a little and go to the left of the pencil sharpener and use the other cloud to get the cage.
Cage #6 (8:10): Before you touch the signpost at the end of the stage jump onto the eraser sticking out at the right. This causes stationary pencil sharpeners to appear to the left so ride the moving pencil sharpener back over to them and use them to get to a couple Purple Lums leading to the cage.
Stage 4: Boss Space Mama (9:05)
Punch Space Mama in the head while also dodging her rolling pin attack. After you hit her 4 times she jumps in the air and tries to land on you. Hit her head as soon as she lands otherwise she'll attack with her rolling pin. After 3 hits she'll start spinning around causing exploding pressure cookers to appear. Once her pressure cooker attacks are done she'll once again land on the stage so hit her on the head. When you do she'll then try to shoot you from behind her washing machine. Shoot the washing machine repeatedly until it bounces away from her. From this point she doesn't really do anything new so just dodge all of the attacks she throws at you and hit her whenever you get the chance until she is defeated.
