Space Rocks is a homebrew port of Asteroids programmed by Darrell Spice Jr.

In this game you are in an asteroid field and must shoot your way out and avoid being his by the asteroids, all while avoiding UFO fire and Magna Mines.

This is an improvement over the original Asteroids for the Atari 2600 in graphics and gameplay. You have the options of using a joystick or a 3-button Genesis controller. You may also choose between vector or solid graphics, as well as a color scheme.

You have hyperspace, shields, 180, or no defense, and friction option. You may also choose at which score level to earn a bonus ship. Magna mines are also an option in the game.
