The great spaceman is here to rescue his buddies from the aliens that captured them. Use your powerful weapons in this puzzle and physics game called Spaceman 2023! The mission is simple - to eliminate the aliens that are position on the platforms. Shoot them with your cannon or guns. Once you have eliminated all of the aliens, the level is then completed. AS you progress to the other levels, you will get to use other weapons too. But keep in mind that you only have a limited amount of ammunition for your weapon. If there are still aliens alive and you run out of ammo, the level will fail.

Overview

Spaceman 2023 is a fun and casual shooting game with elements of puzzle, you'll be taking control of the Spaceman and you need to get rid of the aliens by shooting them with the variety of weaponry in your arsenal, there are pistols, grenades, balloon guns, knives, even teleport devices and jetpacks to help you in carrying out your goals, it is going to be fun indeed, but be careful though as there are other spacemen in the levels, and if you hit them with your weapons, they die and you lose the level, you also need to consider the number of ammo that you have, they are limited and if you don't use them accordingly and waste your ammo, you'll also lose the level and have to start all over again, there are 30 challenging and fun filled levels in the game by the way, each one of them containing a lot of monsters or aliens for you to kill, a lot of fellow spacemen to rescue and a lot of obstacles to overcome, it's going to be so much fun eliminating the monsters indeed, and you'll be doing it with your fingertips, so lock and load, put on your space suit and get ready to blast the aliens here in Spaceman 2023.

Graphics and Sound

The game has very simple graphics, the character designs are simple too and look rather funny, details aren't very high but the characters in the game still looked very nice with their varied designs and funny looks, the environments are also nice, the different levels that were presented in the game has a variety of platform designs that also serves as obstacles and very pretty scenic backdrops that depict alien worlds or environments, the colors in the game are also very nice, the game is a feast of colors, and everything looks bright and vivid, animations are simple and funny kinda awkward even but somehow, the characters and the aliens still looked kinda cool, moving parts too are quite nice, they look simple really but they get the job done nicely, the game also has very nice music, it kinda has a nice tune to it and certainly made playing the game more fun, sound effects too are nice, it sounds very simple really but at least there is variety, every weapon has its own sound associated with it, special effects are simple, nothing spectacular here, everything is plain simple but nice, overall, the game kinda looks cute, this would be quite attractive for the younger players.

Gameplay

Gameplay is quite challenging, it is physics based so you'll need to do a lot of calculating, like the trajectories and the power of the shots, there will also be a lot of obstructions that you will encounter, and you'll need to figure out the right weapon and the right device to use before making the shot, you also need to be careful with your fellow spacemen, once they get killed, it's game over for you, control is also easy, all you need is the mouse to aim your shots and adjust trajectory and power.

Spaceman 2023 has very simple but cute graphics, there are a total of 30 challenging and fun filled levels for you to complete, there are a lot of weapons and gadgets for you to use, and there are a lot of aliens for you to kill, it also has easy mouse controls for everyone to play.

Conclusion

Very nice game indeed and quite easy too, not very challenging really, this would be great for the younger players out there, check it out.
