HElllooo, I hate being such a downer but this year will be different I will enjoy my birthday for once and be happy for a whole day, I want to explain more about why I have a hard time with my birthday as I said in the video I tend to shoot my self down from having a nice day part of why I do that is that I feel like I don't deserve to be happy even as a kid I felt like this. I'm not sure why that is but its always been like that and having a fear of something bad happening constantly goes threw my head of my birthday week makes me feel more alone but then my birthday comes and I feel so disconnected its very hard for me to enjoy my day without being scared, sad, or alone
