Creative Assembly might be known for the Total War brand, but not all their work is real-time strategy games. Alien: Isolation might be recognised as their attempt to escape their comfort zone; however, they did a similar thing in 2005 with Spartan: Total Warrior, a hack-and-slash game for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and the Nintendo GameCube.
