Dan Whitehead has over thirty years experience writing for, and about, the entertainment industry. The two volumes of Speccy Nation take us back to the 1980s and the growth of the video game industry, spurred by the cheap thrills of the ZX Spectrum computer. With classic games and strange ideas, the two volumes look back at how developers and companies took on familiar themes such as school days or tried to recreate famous film and TV shows.
