Boring mission 2 at its Nod version. This is slightly more lively though since you need to avoid GDI detection, though that too isn't quite set in stone, you could pass by GDI units and not fail the mission IF they don't shoot at you. The best you could do to speedrun this is activate the civilians as fast as you can, still there are things beyond your control like the behaviour of the tiberian lifeforms. There was once when all of them clogged the bridge that none of them moved.
