1Deathroned is described as a hectic first person shooter using magic. As a gamer that loves magic myself, I feel that it does a fantastic job of portraying a sorcerer with the ability to just destroy. The rogue-like elements by themselves are very simple and for those who don't like these types of games may find it repetitive. However, with the different combinations of gestures, verbs, spells and perks the way you play the game is, or will be, a unique experience. With each of these combinations, a player can choose to be nimble and cast fast or slower and annihilate everything. The demo was very fun and got me really excited to see the game when it is complete in the future.
