SPGP Super Polygon Grand Prix (2024) - Every PC F1 Game
8SPGP Super Polygon Grand Prix by DEVELOPER/PUBLISHER, 2024.
At the time of making this video, this one is still Early Access. It consists of a range of creative and interesting low-polygon circuits, with a vibe similar to a more frenetic Virtua Racing.
There are some interesting tracks too, including a recreation of the vintage Crystal Palace circuit in London, and an exciting Triassic Park track with a jump scare dinosaur near the end!
Handling and sound are all acceptable and it's pretty fun to play, well worth a look, if you like this sort of thing.
1. Race Start (Monza): 0:00 One lap of the Crystal Palace vintage track, which gives a good idea of the knockabout arcade nature of this game.
2. Spray Effects (Silverstone): 0:36 A loose reworking of Brands Hatch here, if it was more of an oval speedway! No rain in this game though.
3. Tunnel & View (Monaco): 0:56 A Monaco-style track, with plenty going on.
4. Wet Track (Spa-Francorchamps): 1:14 A track called The Beast, sort of like the Nordschleife but set in the alps. There is some rain here, but it doesn't really affect anything.
5. Pitstop (Interlagos): 1:34 This is the Area 52 track. All tracks have pitlanes (as well as healing green stripes) that will reduce your car damage, at a reduced speed.
6. Huge Crash (Montreal): 1:51 A speedway stunt track based around a space center! There's a lot going on here! Crashes are low gravity, obviously!
