Spica Adventure! A Colorful 2D Beat Em Up Platformer from Taito! Taito Type X2 NESiCAxLive
Spica Adventure is a weird game...not because of it's content...but because of its development history! It started live as an exclusive game in Japan on CELL PHONES and then was ported to the Taito Type X2 NESiCAxLive service. How often do arcade beat em ups get ARCADE ports from cell phones? In all my time in gaming and retrogaming I've never seen it!

I don't ALWAYS have to show OLD arcade hardware on the channel! I can certainly show newer arcade hardware too...so here we are with an entire series on the Taito Type X2 arcade platform as well as the NesicaxLive service!
Up Next; Spica Adventure! To say this is a colorful 2D platform / beat em up game is an understatement! This game is straight up DRIPPING with color and charm with an extra helping of Taito nostalgia! As far as arcade platformer games go it's one of my favorites. It might not be retro gaming but who cares!
