This game is the sequel to Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions. Only two heroes this time for this game only & they are Peter Parker as The Amazing Spider-Man & Miguel O'Hara as Spider-Man from the year 2099. Welcome back to the somewhat campy Arkham Spiderverse. Repair the timeline back to it's original place with our two heroes or time itself is doomed.

We now switch back as Miguel O'Hara, now that he is finally back in his own timeline as well as Peter's timeline. Miguel has to go to the para-science research lab. The fastest way to get there is to take the Einstein-Rosen bridge, otherwise known as a wormhole. Miguel has to collect all four data boxes to do some DNA research. However, these so called mutants out of this unknown origin are trying to eat & destroy the DNA carts. Miguel has to make sure that he has to protect the DNA carts & play defense, because he will have his hands full.
