24Spiders with Lightsabers! Sounds like a dream or a nightmare? It sounds like a whole load of chaotic fun and that is exactly what Spiderheck delivers. Spiderheck is a colorful brawler where you control a spider as you take on other human opponents or take it up against the AI in various challenges that increase in difficulty with each tier. For this particular archiving video we are going through the singleplayer portion of the game with the Tiers of Heck. We will face various enemies and have a multitude of weapons at our disposal. Not only lightsabers, but also rocket launchers, laser pistol and even crazier things!
The game can feel very chaotic at times, but that also adds to the charm. Since you have the ability to spin a web and fly through the level like you are Spiderman, each match has great pacing with tight controls to boot. The only thing I disliked a bit was that in the later tiers you have to survive for more and more rounds, which makes it feel artificially difficult and it gets quite repetitive when you are set back to the first round. I would say that three rounds per match is the perfect balance to where it does not get monotonous.
