Test encode.

There is some slight stuttering which is possibly due to recording this movie at 60fps when the Model 3 outputs @ 57.66fps.

Next time I test some encoding I'll try recording at 57.66fps in OBS.

Numerator = 2883
Denominator = 50

Anyway......

This movie was encoded using an RTX 2070 using the original Model 3 hardware.
Apparently all RTX GPU's use the same encoding chip, so the result from an RTX 2060 will be the same as that from an RTX 2080ti.

When RTX 20xx come down in price this will be a very economical way to encode in excellent quality.

My current hardware chain is:
Model 3 (Dsub-15 Out)
OSSC (Dsub-15 in - HDMI Out)
Magewell Pro Capture HDMI (HDMI In)
OBS - NVenc @ High Quality/50000kbps @ 1440p/60fps.
