SPILLZ Review - Balancing Physics-based AR Puzzler (iOS)
Spillz is a balancing physics-based puzzle mobile game for iOS and Android. In this video, I review the augmented reality (AR) mode of the game, although I will share some footage of the standard game mode as well. The AR mode as of the time of reviewing the app is only available for iOS, not Android.
You have this container fall of pink balls. The goal is to make sure the container reaches the bottom of the level with the most balls in it as possible. There is a requires quota for each level, if you reach the bottom with less ball than the required number of balls, you lose and need to restart the level again in order to finish it and progress to the next level.
This Augmented Reality (AR) mode renders nicely in AR, but nothing exciting to write home about. The gameplay itself is simple yet challenging and very accessible. Each session is approx. between 30-60 seconds.
If you are searching for a casual physics-based mobile arcade game for iOS or Android with a cool AR mode, you need to get this game. The game is free on both Google Play and the App Store and offers in-app purchases.
The AR mode doesn't overlap with the standard mode, you only have 30 levels and it's much less expansive in terms of the number of levels and features.
