unrelated but doc got me on Valium to help with my grog withdrawal, shakey hands n no sleep.. I feel so dopey n slughish, old bosses woulda said im stuck in second gear.. not playing so good..
200 days lost in lockdown got me drinking in excess.. hopefully no more.. valium def helps, i was vomiting most days i tried to stop drinking bleh..
