!SPOILER! Baldurs Gate 3 - FINAL BOSS Netherbrain Fight - Balanced (Medium) difficulty

Here is the endgame fight against the Netherbrain. My characters have all taken the special tadpole and have the awakened abilities, Astarian has ascended as a vampire and my main character chose to become the Mind Flayer after saving Orpheus from his bindings.

With the group I have, and the game options taken throughout the playthrough, this fight proves to be quite easy when done right. I did beat the Netherbrain on my first playthrough, although it got close and stressful at a couple of moments and lots of health potions. This is my third time taking down the brain, and if you follow the steps, makes it an easy fight.
