This run is no longer the fastest - TheFinalBoss726 and Masterjun3 beat this attempt by a gigantic amount! Watch their TAS here:

I finally finished it! This took me about less than half a year to make. I had this finished 2 days ago, actually, haha. At some parts, I play around with the music, but I didn't include Input Display. I couldn't include the credits and the ending, since there wasn't enough time.

Some things that can be improved (ignoring all the parts where I could've manipulated my speed)...

Level 1: Nothing too big.

Level 2: Probably a different strategy to get through the level; I'm not sure...

Level 3: Not much.

Level 4: Nothing that severe.

Level 5 (1): Using a different strategy towards the end.

Level 6: Wall jumping instead of using the note block, skipping having to scroll the screen, and falling in the hole where the green shell is instead of to the right of it.

Level 5 (2): Grabbing the Mushroom in a different way... The way I did it the first time was faster! Also, it was recently discovered by thehoundsquad that, with different timing, you can grab the goal sphere and cancel the very long marching delay. It's a nice timesaver!

Level 7: (If possible) Getting through the two Spike Tops without having to stop, spin jumping on the Spike Top near the two springboards earlier, and using 6/5 instead of the jumping glitch to get to the springboard without losing a lot of speed instead.

Level 8: Jumping over the Pitchin' Chuck's baseball better. Probably reducing lag towards the end, but I'm not sure if that's possible.

Level 9: Time was actually wasted for a bit of entertainment when I was jumping in tune. I now think that it was a pointless and bad idea... When making the blue shell hole jump, stepping on it earlier to start the jumping glitch later, and (if possible) manipulating an Eerie to come at a different place during the Big Boo battle (I've tried redoing it again, and he went the same way...).

Level 10: (Room 4) Moving Lakitu's Cloud through the tall pillar rather than going all the way around it while riding the cloud, (Room 7) getting through the spike pillar before the upside-down spike formation, (Room 7) exiting at an earlier time, (Room 8) getting into the hole earlier after riding the Lil' Sparky, (Room 15) wall jumping to enter the pipe (this didn't seem to work for some reason...), and (if possible) manipulating Wendy's movement for her last hit.
