Midway is getting interested in those bugs. While i still trying to play safely and don't grab any gem, another bugs trying to push me out. This is why i'm checking atlas too many times. Here's about every level in walkthrough:
Home: similar to Sunrise, needs swim in air so you can get to Sgt. Byrd level.
Icy Peak: enemies with dynamite must be dealt with carefully, slowly approach them and you'll see what i meant. You can grab 5 eggs here (skip Moneybags, it's too hard to avoid him here (although you can do it, search for skip for more info)), just make sure that you'll exit sub-level without running or you might be placed under gem. Thieves can dealt with the way that i showed, but it doesn't require to be like this.
Encharted Towers: the hardest part here is to not trigget pause menu bug. From what i tested: this bug will work after you remained here for too long (could be 5 minutes or more) but timer is reseting if you enter sub-level. This is not affect to sub-level tho, but as i trying to play safely and have enough eggs for future needs, i decided to just leave this level and return for sub-level egg. You can try skate eggs, but i don't recommend to do it.
Spooky Swamp: Skipping Monebags here is quite interesting. While you can try directly the trick that i showed, pirahnas can eat you and Sparx might eventually grab any gem, so jump from place that i showed and you'll have no problems.
Sheila's level is available but didn't show any message, seems in this point another trap attempt was trying to be done.. or they'll just decided to do message emply? Normally they never leave it emply so you'll know that's fine, i guess it's because with uncleared Sheila's level (this first bug with her egg occurs in Seashell Shores (second in Sgt. Byrd), but a played first it's level and only then Sheila's one) her sub-section is closed and don't write anything as well, there by trying to explain that we better to get the egg back and return. But i've done it tricky and can proceed for her eggs as well :P
Bamboo Terrace: Bentley's level can be hard to get his egg, skip if you find it too hard.
Sgt. Byrd's Base: this is where Sheila's egg will eventually disappear. There is no way to prevent it and i don't recommend going back for it either, it's pointless plus you can get another bugs for doing that.
Spike's Arena: this can be the hardest boss without Sparx around. I don't know what'll be with him around, but after some life loss it'll keep only green and eating any butterfly won't get his health higher than this (can be bypass with 1 life point butterfly). Try to finish without Sparx, but if you mind it too hard - try with him, but make sure to get rid of him BEFORE entering Evening Lake so you won't make your adventure harder with gems skip.
