Spyro 2 did improve everything the first game lacked and was immediately taken seriously as one of the mascots for PlayStation. One year later and Spyro 3 was born, making the Spyro series into a trilogy. This was the only Spyro game I grew up playing, and I always thought that this was the best Spyro game in the entire series. But now, after replaying Year of the Dragon, has my opinion about the game changed?
