Some Themes are still being worked on, the ones in the video are pretty much done.
Really cheap and easy to do, you just need a powered cell in each integrated circuit, then wire each synthesizer/headphones to play when they receive a radio signal, now they'll play in unison when that signal is triggered.
The reason this is necessary is because in SS13, instruments can only play one note or set of notes at a time and the next note interrupts the note that is current being played so you can't have long notes playing over short notes, by using circuits you can have multiple instruments overlap over each other without interrupting each other.
I wanted to make silly videos for some of the themes, I had gimmicks in mind but I keep rolling antag during rev rounds so the game abruptly ends before I can do my gimmicks, I've given up caring about trying to do anything as an antagonist in this game anymore.
