149Not only does Team Akaneia make brand new Melee characters, but they also make brand new Target Test stages to go along with them! I tried a few different routes for this stage, and this one seems to be the fastest. Enjoy, everyone :)
Also, this run uses the Hazard Invincibility Glitch, which prevents you from becoming invincible when touching stage hazards. This allows Charizard to get burned by the lava more quickly, saving frames.
