SSGL here with my second discussion vid. I take a subject matter I have dealt with before, to help build the confidence I feel I need for such vids, before on to a topic that's new.
Feedback for these kind of vids are greatly appreciated. Is my English clear? Did I get the message across? Prefer music in the background? And so forth.
The topic at hand is a compilation of the top 10 "funny" things I've seen those who favor online multi-player in particular, tell couch gamers... mainly, Splitscreeners.
Now, certien debates (to put it mildly) between certien groups of gamers (online vs offline multi-player people for example) have been going on for quite some time. Even before the dawn of online, some older gamers may remember 'the genesis' that sparked the whole thing: the TV size factor.
Flash forward...
I think is safe to point out that the whole Halo Franchise losing it's splitscreen situation added fuel to the fire. It is from that point on that I have been paying closer attention to the interaction between said certain groups, to include the attitude of developers as well.
Am looking at the 'divisions' and other peculiarities that seem to lurk around, to try to understand them. For example: Why would someone devote much time to think and write negative things about splitscreen, when said feature is not going to be used by said person in the first place? Things of that nature.
If splitscreen does return to Halo in Halo 6, I'll see that as the biggest victory for couch gamers... EVER! And with the extra power of the upcoming Scorpio...
