If you are interested in following the different stages a big game goes through in development, SC has some very interesting tech and mechanics to offer

Contra:
If you do not like to experience early development, bug-hunting, low FPS and are not crash resistant, the current game is not for you
The whole game is in an early alpha development state, everything evolves/changes a lot with each update
Total progression wipe with at least every major patch, every 3 months during alpha
