Star Citizen updates appear on the Roadmap for 3.9, 4.0, 4.1 and beyond in the form of Features and Tasks with Microtech New Babbage, Prisons, mission givers, and other roadmap items. But what are Tasks? How far away is a beta or final release? Does it even help with that? Do tasks help predict delays or delivery of ships, planets, moons, or gameplay like trading, mining, salvage or other mechanics? This video attempts to explain what tasks are relative to the the software industry definitions, and help players understand what tasks on the roadmap.
