The new Law and Criminality System is partially in the game and I tried to test it.

For resetting the crime stat you now need a keycard, which is available in 4 variants and can be bought on GrimHex.
After I bought a few of these I was pulled out of Quantum Travel on my way to Security Post Kareah from a UEE patrol which wanted to scan me. But since I still needed a crime stat to reset it again, I don´t let them scan me and fired on them in return (is it just me or were the AI ships bugged, because I didn´t make any damage, I didn´t even break the shield).
Anyway, with crime stat level 1 I arived in Kareah but wasn´t able to use the keycard, it always fell on the ground when I tried to use it.
Will try this again later and hope that only the server were broken!
