Offscreen: I did the Arena Rank C as Perisie to get the Star Guard.

The easy way to get Fol is by duplicating violins. You can buy Violins at Music Shop in Ecdart which cost 200,000 Fol. Have your character with a Design Sense talent and Art Level is at least Level 7. Buy 20 Magic Colors which cost 80,000 fol and start duplicating Violins. To make the process go faster, make sure your have Magic Color and Violins in a first item list, so you can keep pressing A repeatedly.
