Game description:
Starblade is a 3D first-perspective action-adventure game.
The titan Khyber tries to blackmails the earth federation. If he doesn't get the demand of over 20,000 credits and a place in the earth government for life he will send out an army of killer droids to earth.
Khyber is also in possession of the mighty Starblade, an invincible sword.
You have to get the Starblade so the earth will be saved.
You interact via a menu, where you can choose between "move", "arms" (choose between your different weapons), "scan" (scans the surrounding areas for danger), "look" (your character looks around the area he is in and examing visible items), "take" (takes a visible item) and "use" (opens your inventory and lets you use an item).
As expected, the game has enemies. The enemies vary from monsters to robots and you have to use the correct weapon to destroy them.
You will find items (and start with some) that will help you along the way.
Those items are a navigational aid (a compass), door transducers (open closed doors), medical kits (restore health), repair units (repair your shields) and power packs (used to restore energy for some weapons)
What I think:
Fun game, but you can easily lose the orientation....and the arrow is useless.
