The main plan is to get two Command Center building in the beginning of the game. When the second one is built, fly it immediately to the nearest Protoss or Terran enemy base. It should be carrying a full load of SCV. After landing, make a Planetary Fortress, and use the SCV to heal the base if people are attacking it. At home, make sure that your SCV is building Engineering Bay and harvesting both Crystals and Gas so that you can heal. You should upgrade the distance and armor of the Planetary Fortress via the Engineering Bay whenever you get enough resources. Video shows all the timings and build sequence so you know how to do this fastest rush for Terran. Use this as a tutorial on how to get the exact required build order to pull off this fantastic fastest build ever. Walkthrough gameplay was done on the Mac OS X, but should work on Windows also.
