StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void - Zerglings, Lurkers & Ultralisks! (4K Game Analysis)
429The Zerg versus Zerg meta in StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void is very similiar to that of Heart of the Swarm. However, in the last couple of weeks there are new build orders that are entering the game. Players have found out how incredible Lurkers are versus Roaches. However, getting the Lurkers out is usually the main issue.
In this Zerg versus Zerg video I talk about a new build order and strategy that I've been trying to make work. The goal of this build is to play aggressive early on and basically hold back the Roach player from ever moving out until the double upgrades for the Zerglings are finished. On top of that, I'm trying to tech up as fast to Lurkers as possible, while having a transition ready to Ultralisks in the late game.
Obviously there is a lot of room for improvement, but this strategy seems to work out quite well. It is tough to make work however, if your opponent knows what you are about to do.
