Starfield Has No Man's Sky Elements

There are some pieces of Starfield that are really close to features in No Man's Sky. The most obvious one is the scanning and gaining rewards for discoveries in Starfield. Once you scan animals, plants and ores in Starfield you can upload that research and earn credits. Very similar to the way No Man's Sky handles discoveries as well. There is also procedural generation in Starfield but it is different than what you find in No Man's Sky.
