This is a random encounter, you will encounter a mysterious ship getting attacked by an Ecliptic Ship, destory that ship and board the mysterious ship.
Inside you will find 2 guys that wan't to install a control board to the AI that has gone crazy in the ship.
This video will show both the good and bad endings.

Note that for the good ending, you need to be a member of Ryujin Industries for you to convince the the 2 guys to leave the AI alone.
If you are not a member then you need to attack them to get the good outcome.
